F3TCH is a patented mobile guest communication platform designed to enhance the hospitality experience by enabling seamless, secure, and touchless interactions between hotels/restaurants and their guests/patrons. Our SMS service, integrated into the F3TCH app, facilitates real-time communication for essential services during a guest’s stay or a patron’s visit. For clients, F3TCH customizes the app interface with their branding and integrates with their existing platforms. F3TCH is currently in a development phase, conducting internal testing to refine our technology.

How F3TCH Uses SMS

F3TCH’s SMS functionality is strictly limited to communication between a hotel/restaurant and its guests/patrons, active only during their stay or visit. We do not use SMS for broad marketing campaigns or accept messages from external sources. Our SMS is designed for transactional purposes, such as:

Sending reservation confirmations (e.g., “Your table for [Date] is confirmed.”).
Responding to service requests (e.g., “Your room service order #123 is on its way.”).
Providing check-in/check-out updates (e.g., “Welcome to [Hotel]! Your room is ready.”).
Occasionally sharing limited, stay-specific offers (e.g., “Tonight’s dinner special at [restaurant] is available for guests.”).

SMS communication ceases after the guest’s stay or patron’s visit, ensuring no further messages are sent unless the guest/patron returns and reactivates the F3TCH app.

Our Commitment to Compliance

F3TCH is fully committed to complying with 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) regulations, as enforced by The Campaign Registry (TCR) and US mobile carriers. Our SMS usage adheres to:

Transactional Use Case: Classified as “Customer Care,” focusing on guest/patron services with minimal, stay-specific promotional content.
Explicit Consent: Guests/patrons opt in via the F3TCH app by checking a box (e.g., “I agree to receive SMS notifications from [Hotel/Restaurant]. Reply STOP to opt out.”).
Opt-Out Mechanism: Users can reply “STOP” to unsubscribe, “HELP” for support, or contact support@f3tch.com.
Limited Scope: Messages are sent only during active stays/visits, with no external or unsolicited SMS.
Testing Phase: F3TCH is in internal testing, with limited SMS volume to ensure reliability.

We do not engage in spam or unsolicited messaging, ensuring a trusted and compliant communication channel.

F3TCH values your privacy and is committed to protecting your data. Our SMS communication complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Data Collection: We collect your name and phone number via the F3TCH app for SMS communication during your stay/visit.
Purpose: Phone numbers are used solely for transactional SMS (e.g., service requests, stay updates) and limited stay-specific offers during your stay/visit.
Data Retention: After your stay/visit, we retain your name and phone number to facilitate faster connections for future stays/visits and potential loyalty program integration. No SMS is sent post-stay unless you return and reactivate the F3TCH app.
Consent: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS from [Hotel/Restaurant] during your stay/visit. You may opt out anytime by replying “STOP.”
Security: We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
